2. Hosting & server logs
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical access data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) as far as required to deliver and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is not merged with other sources and is deleted after a short period.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or marketing tools. There is no behavioural tracking, and no third-party services are embedded in the page — which is why there is no cookie banner here. Appointment booking (section 5) also runs entirely through our own system.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the inquiry) to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is deleted once no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Appointment booking
Intro calls are booked through our own booking system: the available slots shown on the website and the data you enter (name, company, email, optionally phone, website and details about your request) are transmitted exclusively to our own appointment management and processed there to prepare and conduct the call (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual steps). No third-party booking services are loaded. You receive a confirmation with a calendar invite and a cancellation link by email; if you cancel, the appointment is marked accordingly. For the video call itself we generate a room link with Jitsi Meet (meet.jit.si, operated by 8x8, Inc.); a connection to Jitsi is only established when you open the link at the time of the call — details: jitsi.org/meet-jit-si-privacy. You can always reach us by email or phone instead.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the one at the company's registered seat: Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg (LfDI).
