(WHAT IT'S ABOUT)

A brand is not a logo. It's what customers think about you before you say a word. As a branding agency we develop brand strategy, corporate design and messaging that add up to one picture: distinctive, consistent, trustworthy.

Branding is the strategic development of a brand: positioning, name, visual identity and tone of voice are shaped so a company becomes recognizable and leaves a clear, consistent impression on its audience, across every touchpoint.

Our approach.

(HOW WE APPROACH IT)
01

Sharpening positioning

Workshop, competitor and audience analysis: what do you stand for, and deliberately not? The foundation of every design decision.

02

Identity as a system

Logo, typography, color world, imagery: a design system with clear rules any team can apply consistently.

03

Messaging framework

Core message, tone of voice, copy blocks: your brand sounds the same everywhere, from website to sales deck.

04

Rollout with backbone

Style guide, templates and implementation support: the brand stays consistent even with many hands involved.

(IN DEPTH)

In detail.

05

From brand strategy to corporate design

Brand development follows a fixed order with us: strategy first, design second. The strategy clarifies what you stand for, who you work for and what separates you from the competition: documented as positioning, brand values and core message. Only on that foundation does the visual identity emerge: logo, typography, color world, imagery. The reason for the order is practical: design without strategy produces debates about taste. Whether a logo is good cannot be put to a vote: whether it carries the positioning can. That is why we justify every design decision from the strategy, and why feedback rounds with us don't end in like-it-or-not, but at the question: does it serve the brand? At the end stands a system your team can apply without us, with a style guide, templates and clear rules for every channel.

06

The brand workshop: how positioning is made

Positioning cannot be invented at a desk. It lives inside your company and has to be worked out. For that we run a structured workshop with the people who carry your business: leadership, sales, ideally long-serving employees too. We ask about the customers you want to win and the ones you turn away; about the projects that suit you and the sentences that actually convince in sales conversations. In parallel we analyze the competition: how do others position themselves, which territories are taken, where is room? From both emerges the positioning: sharp enough to differentiate, honest enough to be sustained. Because a positioning your sales team won't say out loud is worthless. So we test it against real situations before it flows into messaging and design.

07

Corporate design as a system, not a logo

A logo is the smallest part of a corporate design: a brand becomes visible through the system behind it. That system includes typography with clear hierarchies, a defined color world with usage rules, imagery and graphic elements, layout principles for print and digital, and templates for the formats you need daily: presentations, quotes, social media graphics, signatures. The litmus test of a good system is everyday usability: can a new employee without design training build a presentation that looks like your brand? That is exactly what we write the style guide for, not as a glossy PDF for the drawer, but as a working tool with rules, examples and edge cases. Recognition is not created by one brilliant piece but by a thousand consistent touchpoints. And consistency comes not from discipline, but from a system that makes consistency the easiest option.

08

The most common branding mistakes

Mistake one: starting with the logo. Commissioning design before strategy buys taste instead of positioning, and leaves you debating drafts without criteria. Mistake two: trying to please everyone. A brand that excludes nobody distinguishes nobody; sharpening feels risky and almost never is. Mistake three: a radical rebranding when a refresh would do. If you have built recognition, don't throw it away without need: sharpened positioning and a cleaned-up design are often enough. Mistake four: underestimating the rollout. The most beautiful identity fails when templates are missing and every team improvises; six months later the sprawl is back. Mistake five: dismissing brand as a marketing topic. Your brand is formed at every touchpoint, in the quote, on the phone, on the invoice. Branding that only reaches the website stays a facade and never pays off in full.

09

How a branding project runs: 4–8 weeks

Phase one, weeks 1–2: strategy. Workshop, competitor and audience analysis, then the elaboration of positioning, brand values and the messaging framework. You receive a strategy document that carries every decision that follows. Phase two, weeks 3–6: design. We develop the visual identity: first as design directions you choose from, then in full elaboration: logo, typography, colors, imagery, application examples. Feedback runs in structured rounds against the strategy, not against taste. Phase three, weeks 7–8: system and handover. Style guide, stationery, templates for the most important formats, plus an introduction for your team. Then comes the rollout across website and channels, whose duration depends on your channel landscape; clients often combine the rebranding directly with a website project. The timeline holds when decision paths are short. We discuss that honestly before the project starts.

(PROBLEMS WE SOLVE)
(01)

Interchangeable presence

If your logo could hang at your competitor's office, positioning is missing. We sharpen what you stand for, and what you don't.

(02)

Sprawl instead of recognition

Five fonts, three logos, no system. We build a corporate design with clear rules any team can apply.

(FAQ)

Common
questions.

  • Branding projects start at €3,000, from strategy to style guide. A rebranding including website is quoted as a package.

  • Strategy and design typically 4–8 weeks, depending on scope. The rollout depends on your channels.

  • We clarify that in the intro call. Often a refresh is enough, sharper positioning, cleaned-up design, instead of a radical restart.

  • The logo is a single mark: corporate design is the complete visual system: typography, colors, imagery, layouts and templates with clear rules. Recognition comes from the system, not from the mark alone. That is why we develop both together.

  • With us, four building blocks: brand strategy with positioning, a messaging framework with core messages and tone of voice, the visual identity from logo to imagery, and the rollout with style guide and templates. Depending on your starting point, naming or the website comes on top.

  • Especially then: small providers compete with bigger ones for the same attention, and a clear, consistent presence builds trust before the first conversation happens. What matters is the right scope, for a start, a compact system often beats the full-scale rebranding.
